Request removal or correction.

Send an email from a domain-verifiable address (an address at the same domain as the listing) with the full URL of the listing. We only need to confirm that the request comes from someone in control of the domain.

Add a temporary DNS TXT record at the apex of the domain in the form nt-removal=<your-request-id> and email us from any address with the URL and the request ID. We will verify the record and process the request.

Verified requests are processed within a few business days. Once removed, the domain is added to a private exclusion list so it is not re-discovered by any of our ingestion sources.

For corrections — wrong category, wrong region, outdated description, wrong logo — use the same channel and include the corrected values along with proof of operation of the domain.

For takedown of content you hold copyright to, send a written notice that includes: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the listing, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
