The presence of a website in the index is not an endorsement and does not imply any relationship with its operators. Listings are generated automatically from public signals.

Titles, descriptions, screenshots, categories, regions, traffic estimates, and any AI-generated summaries are produced automatically from public signals and machine inference. They may be incomplete, out of date, mislabeled, or simply wrong. We make no representation or warranty that any listing accurately reflects the website it points to, and we do not continuously re-verify listings as third-party sites change.

NeighborhoodTreasure is an automated directory. We do not operate, audit, vet, verify, moderate, or vouch for any listed website, its operators, its content, its products, or its business practices. Inclusion is not a recommendation, a safety rating, a trust signal, or a statement that a site is lawful, accurate, secure, or safe to transact with.

You interact with linked sites entirely at your own risk. We are not a party to any transaction, account, purchase, subscription, communication, or relationship you form with a listed site, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, fraud, scam, malware, data breach, or other harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, any listed site. We may display paid sponsored placements on NeighborhoodTreasure — for example, a sponsored slide in the home page hero billboard, or a sponsored category hero banner at the top of an individual category page. Every paid placement is visually labeled "Sponsored" on the placement itself, with an additional disclosure linking to our advertise page.

Organic ranking — the Hot, New, Rising, and Overall scores — is not for sale and is determined entirely by the public formulas described on our ranking page. Sponsored placements live in dedicated, clearly-labeled slots and do not influence, override, or otherwise change any organic score.

We reserve sole discretion to accept, decline, modify, or remove any sponsored placement at any time, including (but not limited to) placements that are illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, adult, gambling-related, malware-adjacent, or otherwise inconsistent with the standards of the index. Refunds for prepaid sponsorships pulled for policy reasons are at our discretion.

A sponsored placement is not an endorsement. The "Listing is not endorsement", "Accuracy of listings", "No vetting of listed sites", and "Limitation of liability" sections of these Terms apply equally to sponsored placements: you interact with sponsored sites at your own risk and we are not liable for any harm arising from that interaction.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or rebuild the index at scale.
• Attempt to manipulate ranking through automated impressions, clicks, or other artificial signals.
• Use the service to harass site operators or to facilitate unlawful activity.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service or circumvent its rate limits.

Trademarks, logos, screenshots, titles, and descriptions belong to their respective owners. We display this material under fair-use principles solely to identify and link to the underlying public web page.

You agree to indemnify NeighborhoodTreasure and its operators from any claim arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date below. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
